Chicken is one of the most consumed items in my household and I am constantly looking for how to introduce different tastes to my chicken. Today i tried a different approach to seasoning and marinating my chicken and it turned out amazing and very crunchy on the outside.

Things you will need

Chicken Thighs

1 Knorr Cube

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch curry powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Splash of hot chilli sauce

Splash fresh lemon juice

1 garlic clove

1 medium onion

slice ginger

3 teaspoons of infused olive oil

1 teaspoon total seasoning blend (all purpose)

Clean and wash your chicken thighs. I would usually poke the thighs to allow the marinade get into the chicken.

Blend onions, garlic and ginger.

In a Ziploc bag or bowl combine your blended mixture with all ingredients excluding olive oil. Massage the marinade until well combined

I usually leave the marinade for 24 hours but you can do 1 hour if you are pressed for time.

Heat up a pan and lightly coat with olive oil. Add your chicken thighs and sauté on low heat. I cover the pan for about 10 minutes to allow the chicken soften but not cooked thoroughly.

Once your chicken has soften and cooked half way transfer your chicken to the grill.

Grill till medium done or completely done depending on your preference.

Voila your chicken is ready to be served, you can add this to your stew or serve it on its own.
I hope this works for you and I am looking forward to your feedback
