I know fish can be a hard food to introduce especially for people who don’t like the smell of fish. I am here to show you recite that will have your picker eaters licking their fingers and asking for more. This salmon is quick and easy to prepare with the four ingredients that you can easily find in your kitchen. Baked Salmon is now one of my go to meals
Things you will need for this recipe
1 pound of salmon
1/3 cup Real Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 Teaspoons Minced Ginger
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
Whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl.
Put salmon in a ziplock bag and pour marinade over the salmon. Make sure Salmon is well coated.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours depending on how much time you have.
Preheat oven to 375`F. Line baking pan with aluminium foil.
Place the marinated salmon on baking pan and bake for about 15-20 minutes
You may decide to broil the salmon for 3-5 minutes for crispier edges
